LIGHT TASTY AND WHOLESOME CHICKEN SOUP MY WAY 🍲😋

INTRO :- Chicken soup is one of my favorite dish, it is nutritious and delicious. Hot chicken soup in rainy days is bliss to soul. Try this soup my way. Its easy to prepare and full of health. INGREDIENTS :- 1] Chicken with bone( curry cuts )1/2 kg. 2] 2 medium sized onion 3] two small tomato 4] 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 4] fresh Ginger,-Garlic paste 1/2 tsp5] 2 bay leaves 6] two black cardamoms 7] 3 cloves 8] two small sticks of cinnamons 9] 1tsp olive oil or desi ghee. 10] two tsp chickpea flour or refined wheat flour. Better use chickpea flour 11] black pepper 5-6 12] salt as per taste.13] lemon as per taste.

Recipe :- Wash chicken properly, keep aside. Cut onions, cut tomatoes in small cubes. Take a cooker or thick bottom pan keep on stove, add oil. keep the flame medium high. Add onions fry until golden brown, add chickpea flour gently fry a little bit, add all the spices fry a bit, add turmeric powder, tomatoes and then chicken now add water double the amount of chicken, add salt as per taste. Cook until four whistles in cooker or cook until the meat gets separated from bone.

Once cooked strain the soup in a bowl. shred chicken from bones add in the strained soup. Check the salt. Garnish with coriander leaves if you feel like.

Add black pepper powder as per your taste. No need to add cream and butter etc. This soup looks yellow due to turmeric powder I add it because its healthy, more better if you add raw turmeric and Lemon juice can be added according to our taste.

This soup is rich in vit C, vit B6,zinc and protein. During covid days this soup helped us a lot. of course, there were other precautionary measures but still, soup did the good work. by the grace of God and good nutrition none of us was critically ill.
