Ingredients: Oranges, grapefruits, lemons, carrots, ginger.

Directions: Peel the oranges, grapefruits, and lemons. Cut the carrots into smaller pieces. Peel and slice the ginger. Juice all the ingredients together using a juicer. Stir well to combine the flavors. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon or orange for garnish

Ingredients for tofu kababs:

  • Firm tofu cubes, drained and pressed
  • Onion, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, salt, fresh cilantro, bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying

Directions: Take tofu cubes and mix with chopped onion, garlic, spices, salt, cilantro, and bread crumbs. Shape into kabab patties. grill in pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot. Enjoy your tofu kababs!
