TWO THINGS TO DO BEFORE STARTING EXERCISE

While embracing a wholesome life daily exercise is essential factor. Mostly everyone want to exercise however due to busy life ,shift problems, physical problems or laziness one can not do it. Some people start exercising and after few days leave it, so before starting exercise there are certain things we need to understand or know.

1] Mind training :- Train your mind to think that exercise is not something your going to getup and do for one day and leave it next day. Doing it one day will not give you any benefit. Take your time to decide. Then start it and continue it regularly. Exercise is not just to become a bodybuilder. Exercise is to keep one fresh through out the day. one should exercise to keep fit and feel pleasant .workout harder only if you are over weight. Once you start it implement it through out the life.

2] Before starting any exercise simple or advanced take advise from Doctor. If one is advised to walk 40 mins daily, start walking for 5 mins then increase it daily little by little until you reach the goal of 40 mins. Don’t ever start any exercise suddenly. Start slowly steadily. Understand your body signal and workout accordingly. Understand it is not a race if one person is working-out fast he or she is doing it according to their own pace , you don’t have to match their pace you workout according to your own body pace and limit. Initially is not good if you over workout . Sudden strain on your muscles will cause pain and Next day you may just leave it, So better take it slow and steady .After all slow and steady always wins the race.
